RETURN
Return and replacement will be finalized after getting the confirmation for return:

  • As we are selling lingerie there are most or the product are non returnable, due to hygiene issue. For return, customer need to place the return request within 10 days from the delivery date, after that product will non returnable.
  • If customer returning the product it should be (Unused, Undamaged, Tags should be intact, original brand packaging, and invoice).
  • In case of any customer receive defective and wrong product, customer need to update us through call or E-mail. We will try to help customer in best possible way.
  • If customer complaint for empty parcel, customer need to update us through Email and call on our help line.
  • You can return all item except inner wear/swimwear. Returns for these will be accepted only for damage/defective products. You will need to inform us of any damage / defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.

 

Replacement
If customer facing any issue regarding the size so they can go for replacement for size. Customer can go for replacement with in 10 days from the day of delivery.

 

Exchange
If customer wants to exchange the product with another product he need to take care of few things:

  • New product should be within the same price range.
  • You can only exchange Your item Within 10 days of delivery. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid In advance Or You can choose COD.
  • In exchange, delivery time will be finalized once we receive the originally ordered product back In warehouse.
  • Replacement Will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse.
  • The item should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
  • The packaging should have the original tags in place.

 

Exchange – In Case Of Damage & Different Product

  • Womenzcart are committed to customer delight and making online lingerie shopping a pleasant experience. All products are scrutinized for quality and size by our expert before dispatch. If in case you received a damaged/different product or you wants to return it. There is no need to worry. Based on availability, we will either send a replacement product or process a refund/womenzcart credit note for you upon receipt of returned product.

 

Exchange – In Case Of Size Issue Or Quality Purpose
We understand that in rare case you may not like what you have bought, size issue, product quality , face fitting or would like to exchange what you have bought with some other product with us. In that case you need to follow these steps:

  • You need to pack that product properly and return it to our specific address on contact us page. Make sure the product should not be used but just tried, and must be in resell-able condition.
  • Now you need to log in to your account and go to the order summery page. Please select the order and click on the returns Icon next to the product you want to return. Now you need to create a return request by filling in the return form or you can call us at 0124-4794048 to open a request for return from our end. Please note that we need your order number and product item code to open a returns request.
  • Once you have opened a returns request , make sure it is returned within 10 days from the receipt of the product at your address.
  • In case of size issues, we’ll resend you a large or small size as required on receipt of the returned parcel If available.
  • In special cases of non availability of the product, we will offer Refund for the product to your womenzcart account as a credit note. So u may use that for your next purchase.
  • In case of damage product from our end, we’ll exchange it with a new one but only if either customer mail us pictures of damage/defective product on support@womenzcart.com or after receiving the returning product back in our warehouse.
  • Please note that Cash refund to bank account or refund by cheque is only offered if we are unable to fulfill an order made by the customer or if we lack in fulfilling customer need. This usually depends on different cases and it can be discussed with the customer as applied.

 

Cancellation
Cancellation possible in cretin stage given below for warehouse:-

  • Order confirm Stage
  • Order Pack Stage
  • Invoice Print
  • If product will send through vendor order can be cancel only in the order confirm stage after that cancellation is not possible. We can raise the cancellation request buy no commitment.

 

How to cancel an Order?

  • You can cancel your order online before the product is shipped. Your order amount will be refunded. You may drop an email to us support@womenzcart.com or call us on 0124-4794048. Request you to cancel the order within 12 hours of placing the order and before dispatch as we normally dispatch within 24 to 48 hours.
  • In case the product you order was shipped but not delivered to you yet, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered product back in our warehouse. In this case your amount will be refund to your womenzcart account an a credit. The amount can be used for purchase in future only at womenzcart.com.
  • The order can not be cancel once the product has been delivered to you. However you can always return the product.
  • Reward point used while placing the order will also be refunded to your womenzcart wallet.

 

To cancel an item in your order:

  • Drop an email to us on support@womenzcart.com or call us on 0124-4794048 ( during working hours 10:00 Am – 6:00 Pm).
  • Provide your order details and reason for cancellation.
  • We will process the cancellation as soon as possible, once your cancellation request is created.

**Note: For COD orders please cancel before we dispatch as COD charges are very high. We verify all COD order before dispatching, so you may cancel at that time.

  • Once you request the cancellation of the item in your order, it will take 2-3 business days to cancel that order and start refunding. You will be informed about that by the same e-mail address.
  • If the status of your order shows the item as ‘shipped’ in your order, your cancellation request will be processed directly with our logistic partners. And your refund will be processed immediately after getting back the cancelled items from the courier.
  • If you want refund in your Womenzcart account as credit, the refund amount will be made available immediately. However, if you choose to having the money transferred back in to the source of transaction , it may take up to 7-10 business working days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation or refund by womenzcart.

 

Refund Policy
Conditions for process the refund

  • When the order is cancelled before dispatch , the amount of the order will be refunded to the refund preference.
  • When the order is cancelled after dispatch, the amount will be refunded to womenzcart account credit.
  • When item in the order are returned, the amount equivalent to returned item will be refunded to womenzcart account credit.
  • Return related refunds can be requested between 20 days of receiving the product by customer. Beyond this period the refund will be fall in special case scenario and wolud require management approval.

 

COD (Cash ON delivery):
In COD order customer will get the refund in the womenzcart wallet or through NEFT.

  • For Wallet: – First refund mode would be wallet transfer and refund TAT would be 2-3 WD.
  • NEFT for that he has to share the details with us through his register E-mail id only. For NEFT refund TAT would be 4 WD (Details require for NEFT:- ACC number, IFSC code, Bank name, ACC holder name)
  • Prepaid:- in prepaid order where customer making the payment online, and returning the product will get the refund in bank account only. For prepaid refund TAT would be 7 WD.
